ரஜினி பற்றி மனுஷ்யபுத்ரனின் கருத்து

சமீபத்தில் உயிர்மை வலைத்தளத்தில் மனுஷ்யபுத்ரனின் பக்கங்கள் படித்தேன்.
அதில் ரஜினி பற்றியும் அவரை சூழ்துள்ள கழகங்கள் பற்றியும் அவரை விஜயகாந்துடன் ஒப்பிட்டு எழுதியது நன்றாக இருந்தது. அவை கீழே :

"குசேலன் படம் வெளியாவது தொடர்பாக தொலைக்காட்சி சானல்கள் பலவற்றில் அகமதாபாத் குண்டு வெடிப்பு செய்திகளுக்கு நிகராக நேரடி தொடர் ஒளிபரப்புகள் நிகழ்ந்துகொண்டிருக்கும் வேளையில் இந்தப் பதிவு எழுதப்படுகிறது. கன்னட அமைப்புகள் கர்நாடகாவில் குசேலனுக்கு எதிரான தங்கள் எதிர்ப்பை கைவிட்டது தேசிய முக்கியத்துவம் வாய்ந்த ஒரு செய்தியாக மாறிவிட்டது. ஒக்கேனகல் பிரச்சினையில் ரஜினி அன்று சொன்னதையும் இன்று சொன்னதையும் தொலைக்காட்சிகளும் பத்திரிகைளும் மாற்றி மாற்றி ஒப்பிட்டு முரண்பாடுகளே அற்ற சித்தாந்தி ஒருவரிடம் கண்ட மிகப் பெரிய முரண்பாட்டை பற்றி அலசிக் கொண்டிருக்கின்றன. தமிழக மக்களின் அரசியல் சமூக வாழ்க்கையில் உள்ள எத்தனையோ அபத்தங்களில் ஒன்று ரஜினிகாந்தின் அபிப்ராயங்கள் என்ற அபத்தம். இதை பலமுறை கேட்டாகிவிட்டது. ஒவ்வொரு முக்கிய பிரச்சினையிலும் அவரது சொற்களையும் மெளனத்தையும் அர்த்தம் காண முயலும் அரசியல் சமூகவியல் வல்லுனர்களை அவர் தவிடு பொடியாக்கிவிடுகிறார். அவருடைய புகைமூட்டமான நிலைப்பாடுகளை, டயலாக்குகளை கொண்டு எத்தனை கவர் ஸ்டோரிகள் இதுவரை எழுதப்பட்டுள்ளன என்பதற்கு கணக்கு ஏதும் இல்லை. ரஜினி ஒரு icon. மிகப் பெரிய சமூக அடையாளம். இலட்சக்கணக்கான மக்களின், இளைஞர்களின் கனவுகளில் திட்டவட்டமாக விளக்க முடியாத காரணங்களால் ஊடுறுபுபவர். எம்.ஜி.ஆருக்கு பிறகு தமிழர்களின் கனவுகளில் இவ்வளவு ஆழமாகப் படிந்த ஒரே நபர் ரஜினி மட்டுமே.
ஆனால் ரஜினிகாந்திற்கும் விஜயகாந்திற்கும் உள்ள முக்கியமான வித்தியாசம் என்ன? ரஜினியோடு ஒப்பிட்டால் விஜயகாந்த் எந்தவிதத்திலும் அவரோடு போட்டிபோடக்கூடிய ஒரு நபர் அல்ல. இன்னும் சொல்லப்போனால் ரஜினிகாந்தின் பலவீனமான ஒரு கேலிச்சித்திரமே விஜயகாந்தின் சினிமா பிம்பம். ஆனால் இன்று விஜயகாந்ந் ஒரு அரசியல் பிம்பமாக உருவெடுத்துவிட்டார். எல்லா கட்சிகளும் அவரது வளர்ச்சியைக் கண்டு மிகவும் பதட்டமடைந்திருக்கின்றன. எல்லா கட்சிகளிலிருந்தும் இளைஞர்களை தன் பக்கம் அழைத்துச் சென்றுவிடுகிறார் என்பது தெட்டத்தெளிவாக தெரிகிறது. விஜயகாந்தின் கூட்டங்களுக்கு கூடும் கூட்டம் வியப்பூட்டுவதாக உள்ளது. விஜயகாந்தின் மிக முக்கியமான ஒரு குணாதிசயம் அவர் பேசுவது சரியானதோ அபத்தமானதோ அதைச் சொல்வதில் அவரது குரலில் இருக்கும் உறுதி . . . தன்னம்பிக்கை . . . எதிர்ப்பதில் இருக்கும் தயக்கமின்மை. இது ஒரு தலைவனின் அடையாளத்தை மக்கள் மனதில் கட்டுகிறது. ஒரு இயக்கம் இந்தக் குரலில் இருந்துதான் பிறக்கிறது. இந்தத் தன்னம்பிக்கை அதிகாரத்தோடு இணையும்போது எல்லோருக்கும் ஆபத்தாக முடிகிறது என்பதிலும் சந்தேகமில்லை. ஆனால் ரஜினிக்கு இந்த தன்னம்பிக்கை ஒருபோதும் இருந்ததில்லை. சந்தேகத்திற்கு இடமின்றி ஒரு வாக்கியம் அவரால் பொதுப் பிரச்சினைகளில் சொல்ல முடிந்ததில்லை. அப்படியே சொன்னாலும் அதை திருப்பிச் சொல்லவேண்டிய சந்தர்ப்பம் வரும்போது அவரது நிலைப்பாடுகள் மாறிவிடும். அல்லது மெளனத்திற்கு திரும்பிவிடுவார்.
இது அவரது சுபாவம். தனது தொழிலை நேசிக்கும் நியாய உணர்வுள்ள ஒரு எளிய மனிதரின் சுபாவம். சுலபமாக உணர்ச்சிவசப்பட்டு கூறும் அவரது அபிப்ராயங்கள் அந்த நேரத்திய அவரது உணர்ச்சிகளே தவிர அவரது நிலைப்பாடுகள் அல்ல. ஆனால் அவற்றை நிலைப்பாடுகளாக மாற்ற ஊடகங்களும் அரசியல் கட்சிகளும் கடுமையாகப் போராடுகின்றன. இதில் அவை ஒருமுறைகூட வெற்றி பெறமுடியவில்லை. 1996ல் ஜெயலலிதா அரசுக்கு எதிரான ஒற்றை வாக்கியம் - 'இந்த ஆட்சியில் மக்களை ஆண்டவனால் கூட காப்பாற்ற முடியாது' - என்பது அவரை மிகப் பெரிய அரசியல் சக்தியாக, மாற்றாக முன்னிறுத்தியது. ஆனால் என்ன ஆயிற்று? அவரால் அதை பயன்படுத்திக்கொள்ள முடியவில்லை. அதற்கான எந்தத் திட்டமோ மன உறுதியோ அவருக்கு இல்லை. அதற்குப் பின் அவரது அரசியல் அபிப்ராயங்கள் எந்த செல்வாக்கினையும் பெறவும் இல்லை. வரலாறு ஒருவருக்கு ஒருமுறைதான் பரிசளிக்கிறது, ரஜினி அதைத் திருப்பிக் கொடுத்துவிட்டார். அதோடு மட்டுமல்ல; அவரையொட்டி அரசியல் ரீதியாக திரண்ட ரசிகர்களை அவர் எந்தத் தயக்கமும் இன்றி கைவிட்டார்.
ஒக்கேனகல் பிரச்சினையில் ரஜினி கன்னடர்களுக்கு எதிராகப் பேசினார் என்பது மிகப் பெரிய அபத்தம். 'தவிச்ச வாய்க்கு தண்ணி குடிக்க குடுக்காதவனை உதைக்க வேண்டாமா?' என்பது ஒரு சாமன்ய மனிதனின் உணர்ச்சிவசப்பட்ட பேச்சு. அதன் பின் இருக்கும் எந்த அரசியலும் அவருக்குத் தெரியாது. அல்லது முக்கியமல்ல. இன்று குசேலன் படம் கர்நாடகாவில் ரிலீசாக வேண்டும். இல்லாவிட்டால் அவரை நம்பி பணம்போட்ட விநியோகஸ்தர்கள் அனைவரும் சிக்கலில் மாட்டிக் கொள்வார்கள். ரஜினி அதை விரும்ப மாட்டார் அல்லது அத்தகைய முடிவை அவர் எடுக்க முடியாது. அங்கு படம் ரிலீசாவதற்கு ஒரே வழி அவரது மன்னிப்புதான். ஒக்கேனகல் குடிநீர் திட்டம் வருவதைவிட முக்கியமான உடனடி பிரச்சினை குசேலன் திரையரங்குகளுக்கு வருவது.
இந்தச் சந்தர்ப்பத்தை பயன்படுத்திக்கொண்டு தமிழ் சினிமாவில் உள்ள தமிழன்பர்கள் ரஜினி மேல் உள்ள பிற கடுப்புகளையும் பொறாமைகளையும் தீர்த்துக் கொள்ள இதை ஒரு சந்தர்ப்பமாகப் பயன்படுத்தி அறிக்கைவிடத் தொடங்கியிருகிறார்கள். அவரது கன்னட அடையாளத்தை மையப்படுத்தி இந்தப் பிரச்சினையை முன்னிறுத்தினால் அதைவிட கேவலம் ஒன்றுமில்லை. இந்தப் பிரச்சினையில் ரஜினிக்கு எதிராக கச்சை கட்டும் சினிமாக்காரர்கள் யாருடைய சமூக உணர்வும், தமிழின உணர்வும் ரஜினியின் உணர்வுகளைவிட மேலானது அல்ல. ரஜினியைப் போலவே இவர்களுக்கும் தமிழக மக்களின் எந்தப் பிரச்சினையிலும் எந்த அக்கறையோ ஆர்வமோ கிடையாது. தழிழின உணர்வு என்பது இன்று ஒரு அரசியல் நாடகம். வேறு எந்த பிரச்சினைக்காக போராடுவதைக் காட்டிலும் தமிழ் உணர்வுக்காகப் போராடுவது சுலபம். இந்த நாடகத்திற்கு அவ்வப்போது யாராவது பலியாவார்கள். தமிழ் கற்பிற்காக கொஞ்ச நாளைக்கு முன்பு குஷ்பு பலியானார். இப்போது ரஜினி மாட்டிக்கொண்டிருகிறார். ரஜினி மாற்றிப் பேசுகிறார் என்று யாரும் குறை சொல்ல முடியாது தங்களுடைய அபிப்ராயங்களை தாங்களே மறுக்கிற, கை விடுகிற காரியத்தை யார்தான் செய்யவில்லை? இதையெல்லாம் நினைவில் வைத்துக்கொண்டிருந்தால் ஒருவர்கூட பொது வாழ்க்கையில் இருக்க முடியாது
கர்நாடகமாகட்டும் தமிழகமாகட்டும் அரசியல் இயக்கங்கள் சினிமாகாரர்களாலும் அவர்களது ரசிகர்களாலும் தீர்மானிக்கப்படும் ஒன்றாக மாறிவிட்டன. இன வெறி, சாதி வெறி, தனி நபர் வழிபாடு முதலானவை லும்பன்களின் கலாசார இயக்கத்தோடு ஒன்று சேரும்போது பிறக்கும் அரசியல் பண்பாட்டையே இப்போது நாம் அனுபவித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறோம். அவர்கள்தான் நிர்ணய சக்திகள். இந்த சினிமா லும்பன்களுக்கும் அரசியல் லும்பன்களுக்கும் இடையே நிலவும் இணக்கமும் பகைமையுமே நமது சமகால அரசியல் சமூக சரித்திரம். தொடர்ந்து சினிமாக்காரர்களின் அடையாள அரசியல் இரண்டு மாநில மக்களுக்கும் இடையே பகைமை தீயை வளர்த்து வருகிறது.
ரஜினி தன்னுடைய பகிரங்க மன்னிப்பில் 'பாடம் கற்றுக்கொண்டேன். . . இனி இப்படிப் பேச மாட்டேன்' என்று தெரிவித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கிறார். இதில் கூட அவர் என்ன பாடம் கற்றுக்கொண்டார் என்பதை நீங்கள் ஒருபோதும் கண்டுபிடிக்க முடியாது. அதுதான் ரஜினிகாந்த். "

இது எப்படி இருக்கு?

தமிழ் பற்று

சமீபத்தில் மீண்டும் சுஜாதாவின் " கற்றதும் பெற்றதும்" படித்தேன். அதில் சொன்ன ஒரு செய்தி என்னை யோசிக்க வைத்தது.

"ஆங்கில புத்தகத்தின் ஆரம்ப விலையே 300 ரூபாய் என்கிறார்கள் . அதை எந்த ஒரு பாகுபாடுமின்றி , ஏக மனதாக வாங்குகின்றோம். ஆனால் நம் தாய் மொழியாகிய தமிழில் உள்ள ஒரு 20 ரூபாய் புத்தகத்தை வாங்க ஆயிரம் முறை யோசிக்கிறோம்". ஏன் இந்த வேறுபாடு?

இதற்கு இரு பதில்கள் உதித்தன. ஒன்று தமிழில் வரும் பெரும்பாலான புத்தகங்கள் சினிமா உஊடகத்தையோ அல்லது சிற்றின்ப பத்திரிகையகவோ தான்இருக்கிறது. ஆங்கிலத்தில் இது போல் இல்லை என்று சொல்ல வரவில்லை .
ஆங்கிலத்தில் உள்ளது போல் நாம் அன்றாட வாழ்வியலுக்கும் தொலைநோக்கு பார்வைக்கும் உள்ள நன்மைகளையும் தீமைகளையும் விவரிப்பதில்லை. இதை பற்றி மேலும் வரும் வாரங்களில் சிந்திப்போம்.

This is with regard to my first 2 days experience in Shell. So far it is amazing . This is the first company I have seen where they provide system and identity card on the first day itself.
Kudos to them . I will be a part of 5 member team doing Cash Forecasting for Shell Global Services .

Last Day in Infosys

Hi Folks,
Today is my last day in Infosys BPO alias PAN financial Shared Services Center. Its been a miserable time here. I came to know that they will take one more month to process and give my reliving letter. Its pathetic HR Process here.

Being Idle

Hi All,

I just want to share my experiences about being idle . Here in Philips BPO ( later taken over by Infosys BPO) I experienced that. Its very hard to be idle in office where there is limited or no work to work upon. சில சமயம் வடிவேலு காமெடி தான் நினைவுக்கு வரும். "சும்மா இருக்குறது எவ்வளவு கஸ்ஹ்டம் தெரியுமா.?"
I am feeling relieved today as tomorrow is going to be my last day here. This is the first time in life that I have the feeling of " YES ! I AM GOING TO HAVE A WORK AT LAST!" . I am planning to take a break for a week before joining Shell so that I can relax , regain and recharge myself for the new task. I really don't know how many are having the same kind of feeling when they are benched. வேலை செய்ய வந்த புதிதில் அது அவ்வளவாக தெரியவில்லை . ஆனால் இப்பொழுது இது நரகமாக தெரிகிறது. யோசித்தால் வாழ்வில் இது போன்ற தருணம் தேவை. நாம் நமது தவறுகளை திருத்திக்கொள்வதற்கு இது அற்புதமான சந்தர்பம்.

நான் யார் ? ஏன் என்னை இவர்கள் இப்படி நினைக்கிறார்கள் ? நான் மேலும் முன்னேறுவதற்கோ அல்லது நகர்வதற்கோ என்ன செய்யவேண்டும் ? என்ற எண்ணங்கள் முளை விட , அதற்கான விடை தேடி இது நல்ல நேரம் என்பதை உணர்ந்துகொண்டேன்.

இந்த எண்ணங்கள் எனக்கு மட்டுமே உரியனவா அல்லது மற்றவர்களுக்கும் உண்டா என்ற எண்ணம் உதிக்கிறது.

Anyway , I am moving out of Infosys BPO for good and I have got a break in my life. Now I want to go ahead with more changes to implement in my self.

Regular contribution to blog

I realised that I should contribute regularly to blogs. I don't know what to write but want to write some thing.

First thing I wanted to write my mind. Some times I ask myself , whether I am a athiest or a moderate person, or a mediocre person. I still don't know answer to this. What I know is that I am one among the youths in India , categorically confused between modern trend and old tradition. Many times I wonder about my behaviour, whether am I trying to show off by talking loud or trying to show as if I am the correct and all others are wrong. Pretty confused.

One thing I know, I need to control my anger, leave away lazyness, be a better listener and talk less.

Nice moral

Really Nice One. Don't Miss the Moral.

Once PVNR (PV Narasimha Rao), L.K.Advani and Laloo Prasad Yadav were
travelling in an autorickshaw. They met with an accident and all three of
them died.
Yama Raja was waiting for this moment at the doorstep of death.
He asks PVNR and Advani to go to HEAVEN.
But, for Laloo, Yama had already decided that he should be sent to HELL.
Laloo is not at all happy with this decision.
He asks Yama as to why this discrimination is being made. All the three of
them had served the public. Similarly, all took bribes, all misused public
positions, etc.
Then why the differential treatment?
He felt that there should be a formal test or an objective evaluation before
a decision is made; and should not be just based on opinion or pre-conceived
notions.


Yama agrees to this and asks all the three of them to appear for an English
test.
PVNR is asked to spell "INDIA" and he does it correctly.
Advani is asked to spell " ENGLAND" and he too passes.
It is Laloo's turn and he is asked to spell " CZECHOSLOVAKIA".
Laloo protests that he doesn't know English.
He says this is not fair and that he was given a tough question and thus
forced to fail with false intent.


Yama then agrees to conduct a written test in Hindi (to give another chance
assuming that Laloo should at least feel that Hindi would provide an equal
platform for all three).
PVNR is asked to write "KUTTA BOLA BHOW BHOW". He writes it easily and
passes.
Advani is asked to write "BILLY BOLI MYAUN MYAUN". He too passes.
Laloo is asked to write "BANDAR BOLA GURRRRRR....."
Tough one. He fails again.


Laloo is extremely unhappy.
Having been a student of history (which the other two weren't),he now
requested for all the 3 to be subjected to a test in history
Yama says OK but this would be the last chance and that he would not take
any more tests.
PVNR is asked: "When did India get Independence?". He replied "1947" and
passed.
Advani is asked "How many people died during the independence struggle?".
He gets nervous. Yama asked him to choose from 3 options: 100,000 or 200,000
or 300,000.
Advani catches it and says 200,000 and passes.
It's Laloo's turn now.

Yama asks him to give the Name and Address of each of the 200,000 who died
in the struggle.
Laloo accepts defeat and agrees to go to HELL.
Moral of the story: IF YOUR MANAGEMENT HAS DECIDED TO SCREW YOU, THERE IS NO
ESCAPE

Buy good quality banking stocks on every dip

The free lunch is over and banks will now have to hike their lending and borrowing rates, according to analysts. Though, slightly negative in the short-term, they believe that the move will ease pressure on the net interest margins, NIMs, of the banking sector and long-term investors should buy good quality banking stocks on every dip.

The RBI Governor, YV Reddy, in his quarterly review has increased the repo rate and reverse repo rate by 25 basis points taking them to 5.5% and 6.5% respectively. The main RBI objective is to control and pre-empt the inflation rate and protect future growth, feel analysts.

This does not seem to have gone down too well with the markets. The BSE Sensex after hitting a high of 5,152.53 points in the morning trade slid gradually to 5,105.85 points at 2:00 pm. The credit policy was announced at 12:00 noon.

While the main signaling rate, that is the bank rate, has been kept unchanged at 6%, three analysts polled by Moneycontrol believe that interest rates will be increased in the immediate-term. The Cash reserve ratio, CRR, too has been left unchanged at 5%.

“Banks will have to price in the costs that they are paying to borrow funds from the call money market,” says Vishal Goyal of Edelweiss Securities. In fact, many banks have already hiked their borrowing and lending rates by 50-75 basis points in the previous quarter, he adds.

The move, however, would benefit banks in the long-term as hiking lending rates would ease pressure on NIMs while being negative in the short-term as treasury income would be impacted, feels Kanan Shah of Networth Stock Broking.
However, all analysts are unanimous that the banking sector is undervalued and is poised for growth in the longer-term. Hence any dip in banking stocks should be seen as an opportunity to take exposure to the Indian economy’s growth, as macro-economic positives like a stable inflation and decent growth rates will help the banking sector.

They think that banks like Union Bank, PNB, SBI, ICICI Bank, Federal Bank and Centurion Bank have posted good numbers in Q3FY06 and are poised to perform well in the near as well as the long-term.

Saddam sighed. "I must tell you, Gurmukh, that I have 16,000 tanks and 14,000 armoured personnel carriers. Also, I've increased my army to 1-1/2 million since we last spoke."
"Oh teri ....." said Gurmukh. "I'll have to get back to you."
Sure enough, Gurmukh rang again the next day.
"Mr. Hussein, the war is still on! We have managed to get ourselves airborne...... We've modified Amrik's tractor by adding a couple of shotguns, sticking on some wings and the pind's generator. Four school pass boys from Malpur have joined us as well!"
